Expectations of Players/Parents

In each league there will be a Home and Away game against each team. The home games will be at a time and day indicated by Youghal Basketball Club. We have no control over when the away games are scheduled for but the expectation is that players will attend both home and away games.
- If there are issues with availability to bring your child to an away game, please consult with the team manager and/or other parents to see if players can travel together. Please do not ask the Coach.

- Parents may be asked by the team manager for help from parents in the following areas:

- Attend training sessions to have a second adult present in line with Child Protection Guidelines.
- Gather money at the door of the hall for Home games for visiting parents and players.
- Gather money from Youghal players for referee fees.

Be responsible for the scoresheet and/or clock during a Home and/or Away game.
- Other duties based on the needs of the team.
- Keep up to date with all correspondence sent by the Coach/Team Manager via the Heja app in the messages section and all scheduling of training sessions and games.
