Club Mission Statement

“The Mission of our Club is to promote the development and playing of basketball in our Community, to be a uniting force in our region, to encourage the participation of all sectors of our Community in our sporting and social activities, and to support the development of our members in an environment of sportsmanship, inclusiveness, mutual respect and social responsibility.”

In pursuing our Mission, we will:

  • Respect the dignity of each individual involved in the club, without discrimination as to age, gender identity, race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or creed.
  • Provide a safe and fun environment for all within our club.
  • Promote a sense of fairness, sportsmanship, and teamwork among our members.
  • Facilitate the participation of all ages and abilities in our games and other activities and encourage them all to achieve their full potential.
  • Strive for success on the field of play and for excellence in all our activities.
  • Provide the best possible facilities for the development of our games.
  • Provide support for all who work promoting the games within our Club.
  • Have appropriate procedures in place to ensure a special duty of care for the safety and well- being of all our members.
  • Seek to enrich the lives of our members and their families.
  • Promote a sense of loyalty and pride in our Club and in our region.
  • Uphold and promote the values and standards of Basketball Ireland.
  • To work closely with schools and other sporting clubs in our region in order to ensure all children in the community can participate in a variety of sporting activities without suffering burnout or injury.
  • Educate our volunteers in the sport of basketball by providing opportunities to attend courses and talks in order to reach their full potential in their field as coaches, referees, table official, etc.

Best Practice

To ensure that best practice is being followed, YBC will:

  • Adopt and implement the Code of Ethics and Good Practice for Children’s Sport in Ireland as defined by Basketball Ireland as an integral part of its policy on children in the club.
  • Ensure that the Club Committee is elected and endorsed at each AGM by those interested parties attending the AGM.
  • Appoint and empower a Child Protection Officer
  • Ensure best practice throughout the club by having available its code of conduct, including the disciplinary, complaints and appeals procedures in operation within the club, to all its members.
  • Develop effective procedures for responding to and recording accidents.
  • Ensure that all club members are given adequate notice of AGMs and other meetings.
  • Ensure that all minutes of all meetings (AGM’s/EGM’s/Committee) are recorded and safely filed.
  • Provide for the safety and well-being of members and children by endeavouring to ensure that all Coaches and visiting coaches, as well as parents involved in supervision/training and match day rotas, are vetted to the satisfaction of An Garda Siochana or other relevant bodies.
  • Endeavouring to ensure that visitors to the Club are adequately supervised thus ensuring that no visitor is ever alone with a child.
  • Endeavour to ensure the responsible use of mobile phones and cameras by both adults and children.
  • Promote the game and club through various media including photographs, reports & video.
  • Endeavour to adopt best practice with regard to children / coach ratio during training sessions and match days.
  • Children who attend training regularly will be given priority when playing matches.

Club Membership

All members are subject to the rules and constitution of Youghal Basketball Club, and rules and regulations of CCMBB, CCLBB and Basketball Ireland.

Membership Categories

Membership fees are set at the AGM each year. The following constitute as Members of the club:

  • Competitor – Fully paid-up members of Youghal Basketball Club who decide to engage in competitive events.
  • Non-Competitor – This category includes but is not limited to fully paid-up members who wish not to compete; coaches; administrators; volunteers; parents of U18 registered members.
  • The Club Management Committee reserves the right to accept or reject applications for membership of the club.
  • Full membership status is only valid where a subscription has been paid in full or in a manner agreed by the Club Management Committee.
  • Members will be required to renew their membership with Basketball Ireland and Youghal Basketball Club on an annual basis.

Honorary Life Members of Youghal Basketball Club

  • Any member of Youghal Basketball Club. may submit in writing the name/s of person/s they wish the Management Committee of the Youghal Basketball Club to consider, to be, included as an Honorary Life Member. The nomination must be submitted to the Honorary Secretary before 31st March each year for the consideration of the Management Committee.
  • The Management Committee shall advise the nominator in writing via email or post of its decision. The person/s to be added as Honorary Life Members shall be entered into the Honorary Life Member record. This record is to be kept and updated by the Honorary Secretary and the successful nominees will be announced at the following AGM.
  • The decision of the Management Committee on whether to enter the nominee/s into the Honorary Life Member record shall be final.

Club Membership application procedure

  • All members and officials must complete the necessary application forms as set down by Youghal Basketball Club management committee and attach the necessary fees.
  • They must also be familiar with and comply with the Youghal Basketball club rules and code of conduct and read and sign the Basketball Ireland Code of Conduct.
  • These forms must then be forwarded to the Club Committee for approval. Those under 18 must have their parents sign the necessary application forms.
  • A member who wishes to resign as a member of the club must inform the secretary in writing. No refund of subscription monies will be paid upon resignation from the Club.

Suspension or Severance of Membership

  • The Management Committee has the power to terminate or suspend a membership or impose such penalty or sanction as it deems fit for conduct and/or behaviour which, in its opinion, is considered to bring the sport or Youghal Basketball club into disrepute.
  • For the purpose of exercising this power, the Club Committee, having received a report in writing shall consider if the matter is of a sufficiently serious nature, shall appoint a Disciplinary Committee comprising not more than three persons.
  • The Disciplinary Committee shall provide a copy of the report in question to the member(s) concerned and invite them to attend a meeting of the Disciplinary Committee to offer an explanation of the conduct at issue.
  • The Disciplinary Committee shall have the power to demand the attendance of the Youghal Basketball club member or members, as are required at any hearing and/or investigation.
  • On completion of the disciplinary process the disciplinary committee shall submit a written report to the Club Committee. The report shall state its finding, conclusions and sanctions, if any, to be imposed.
  • A member whose membership has been terminated or suspended, or, on who a penalty or sanction has been imposed, shall have the right of appeal to the Club Committee. The written appeal together with a €50.00 fee shall be submitted within seven days of the date notified of the Disciplinary Committee’s decision.
  • The fee shall be returned if the appeal is upheld.
  • For the purpose of hearing this appeal the Club Committee shall appoint an Appeals Committee comprising of not more than three members.
  • No member of the original Disciplinary Committee shall be eligible to be a member of the Appeals Committee.
  • The findings of the Disciplinary Committee shall be suspended until the hearing of the appeal by the Appeals Committee. The Appeals Committee shall convene a meeting within seven days of receiving the appeal.
  • The Appeals Committee may confirm the findings and/or the penalty imposed by the Disciplinary Committee or at its discretion reduce or increase same. The decision of the Appeals Committee shall be final.

Conditions of Membership

  • All underage Team’s will need a parent to fill the role of Team Manager.
  • All Parents/Guardians will be contacted by the Team Manager in relation to supervision at training sessions. This supervision is not optional. A Parent on Duty rota will be Created by every Team Manager. Every parent must take their turn as it is unfair to expect other parents to fill in, in order to help us operate under the strict guidelines of Child Protection. This is for all age groups.
  • When supervising the session you are required to fill in the attendance book and if necessary collect monies. If a child gets injured or sick during the session you will be required to sit with them either until they feel well or in extreme cases until their parent arrives to collect them. Liaise with the coach on duty to ascertain if it is necessary to call their parent before the end of the session. Do not allow any child to leave the hall until a parent comes for them. If the child requires using the toilet, have another child accompany them. Under no circumstances allow yourself to be alone with a child.
  • All Parents/Guardians will be contacted by the Team Manager in relation to helping at matches. Roles needed to be filled on Home matches are 2 Table officials (1scorekeeper 1 timekeeper training will be given) 1 Door Person ( collecting monies from opponents players & parents). Parents will also be requested to accompany the coach on away trips in accordance with Child Protection Guidelines, or help with travel to some games. Again a Parent on duty rota will be created for Matches.
  • On registration all players, parents and coaches are agreeing to abide by the Codes of Conduct as outlined by Basketball Ireland. These can be viewed on www.basketballireland.ie. Registration to the club entitles every child to a properly run coaching session, it does not guarantee competitive game time. We will endeavour to have blitzes or mini-games.
  • Parents/Guardians are responsible for bringing Players to both Matches & Training (Not Coaches). When leaving children at training sessions, parents/guardians should always check that the training sessions is proceeding and that the coach/Team Manager is in the hall. Always consider your child’s safety.
  • When collecting children from training sessions, parents must ensure that they do so at the designated finishing time in order to ensure best practice in child protection guidelines. Please also give consideration to the coach who is giving up their personal time voluntarily to train your children.
  • Parents/Guardians must inform coaches of any important changes to contact details or advise the relevant coach of any change in your child’s medical condition.
  • It is also important for the children to see that they are supported by their parents. Come along and see them play or stay occasionally at the training session and tell them how well they are doing.
  • Failure of parents complying May result in the team being withdrawn from competition.
  • By Registering your child with Youghal Basketball you are agreeing to the conditions of Membership.

Safety

Health and Safety Policy Statement:

“Youghal Basketball Club is strongly committed to encouraging our members to take part, but the health, well-being and safety of each individual is always our paramount concern. We recommend levels of training dependent on age and ability, and expect our junior athletes to participate within these boundaries.”

Health and Safety Policy:

To support our Health and Safety policy statement we are committed to the following duties:

  • Undertake regular, recorded risk assessment of the club premises and all activities undertaken by the club.
  • Create a safe environment by putting health and safety measures in place as identified by the assessment.
  • Ensure that all members are given the appropriate level of training and competition by regularly assessing individual ability dependant on age, maturity and development.
  • Ensure that all members are aware of, understand and follow the club’s health and safety policy.
  • Appoint a competent club member to assist with health and safety responsibilities.
  • Ensure that normal operating procedures and emergency operating procedures are in place and known by all members.
  • Provide access to adequate first aid facilities, telephone and qualified first aider at all times.
  • Report any injuries or accidents sustained during any club activity or whilst on the club premises.
  • Ensure that the implementation of the policy is reviewed regularly and monitored for effectiveness.

As a club member you have a duty to:

  • Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by what you do or not do.
  • Co-operate with the club on health and safety issues.
  • Correctly use all equipment provided by the club.
  • Not interfere with or misuse anything provided for your health, safety or welfare.

Child Protection Policy

Youghal Basketball acknowledges the duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and is committed to ensuring safeguarding practice reflects statutory responsibilities, government guidance and complies with best practice and Tulsa requirements.

The policy recognises that the welfare and interests of children are paramount in all circumstances. It aims to ensure that regardless of age, ability or disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation, socio-economic background, all children:

  • Have a positive and enjoyable experience of sport at Youghal Basketball club in a safe and child centred environment.
  • Are protected from abuse whilst participating in basketball or outside of the activity.

Youghal basketball club acknowledges that some children, including disabled children and young people or those from ethnic minority communities, can be particularly vulnerable to abuse and we accept the responsibility to take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure their welfare.

As part of our safeguarding policy Youghal Basketball club will:

  • Promote and prioritise the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
  • Ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities in respect of safeguarding and is provided with appropriate learning opportunities to recognise, identify and respond to signs of abuse, neglect and other safeguarding concerns relating to children and young people.
  • Ensure appropriate action is taken in the event of incidents/concerns of abuse and support provided to the individual/s who raise or disclose the concern.
  • Ensure that confidential, detailed and accurate records of all safeguarding concerns are maintained and securely stored.
  • Prevent the employment/deployment of unsuitable individuals.
  • Ensure robust safeguarding arrangements and procedures are in operation.

The policy and procedures will be widely promoted and are mandatory for everyone involved in Youghal basketball club. Failure to comply with the policy and procedures will be addressed without delay and may ultimately result in dismissal/exclusion from the organisation.

Monitoring

The policy will be reviewed a year after development and then every three years, or in the following circumstances:

  • Changes in legislation and/or government guidance
  • As required by the Local Safeguarding Children Board, Basketball Ireland and Tusla
  • As a result of any other significant change or event.

Financial Policy

Courses

  • Course fees for official courses such as Coaching, Refereeing, Table Official and Safeguarding that are being used for the benefit of the club will be paid by the club.

Membership Fees

  • Membership fees will be set annually and agreed by the committee or determined at the AGM.
  • Membership fees will be set to cover member contributions to Cork Ladies Board & Cork Men’s Board although registering members may not automatically be enrolled in all of these.
  • Fees will be paid annually at registration as dictated by the Club Registrar and in line with Basketball Ireland Regulations.
  • Membership fees will only be refunded at the beginning of the season if a player ceases to be a member of the Club.
  • Basketball Ireland Fees are to be paid by Members.

Collection of Training Fees

  • Team Managers/Coaches in association with the parent supervisor should ensure that all training fees are collected, labelled separately, and passed to the Treasurer on a regular basis.
  • The regular weekly training session fee will be agreed at the start of the season by coaches and committee. Fees for additional training sessions and blitzes will be set as appropriate.
  • Coaches/Team Managers/Supervisors must not use their own personal Revolut account to collect match/training fees

Fundraising and Sponsorship

  • Prior approval is required from the Committee in respect of any fundraising activities proposed.
  • Sponsorship of clothing, equipment, prizes or otherwise requires the agreement of the Committee.
  • Money collected under the auspices of Youghal Basketball Club, remain the property of the club and as such falls under the requirements of this policy.

Quarterly and Year End Accounts

  • YBC financial year end is 31 December.

It is the responsibility of the Treasurer to:

  • Prepare year-end accounts for consideration at the AGM.
  • Submit accounts to coaches and committee prior to AGM.
  • Safely retain all relevant information, bank statements and cheque books for Seven years.

Club code of conduct

Code of conduct for children

Children/young people are expected to

  • Be loyal and give their friends a second chance.
  • Be friendly and particularly welcoming to new members.
  • Be supportive and committed to other team members, offer comfort when required.
  • Not get involved in inappropriate peer pressure and push others into something they do not want to do.
  • Keep within the defined boundary of the playing/coaching area.
  • Behave and listen to all instructions from the coach.
  • Take care of equipment owned by the club.
  • All members must respect the rights, dignity and worth of all participants regardless of age, gender identity, ability, race, cultural background or religious beliefs or sexual identity.
  • Refrain from the use of bad language or racial/sectarian references. This includes bullying using technologies like social media or texting.
  • Refrain from bullying or persistent use of rough and dangerous play.
  • Members should keep to agreed timings for training and competitions or inform their coach or team manager if they are going to be late.
  • Members must wear suitable kit- Runners/Basketball Boots, Shorts, Training top/ Jersey & Tracksuit for training and match sessions, as agreed with the coach/team manager.
  • Member must not wear jewellery (Bracelets, Rings & Earrings) for training and match sessions.
  • Members must pay any fees for training or events promptly.
  • Junior members are not allowed to smoke on club premises or whilst representing the club at competitions.
  • Junior members are not allowed to consume alcohol or drugs of any kind on the club premises or whilst representing the club.
  • Show respect to other youth members/leaders and show team spirit.
  • Keep themselves safe.
  • Report inappropriate behaviour or risky situations for youth members.
  • Play fairly and be trustworthy.
  • Respect officials and accept decisions and play within the rules.
  • Show appropriate loyalty and be gracious in defeat.
  • Challenge or report the bullying of your peers.
  • Respect opponents.
  • Not cheat or be violent/aggressive.
  • Not use violence.
  • Make your club a fun place to be.

Children/Young people have the right to

  • Be safe and happy in their chosen activity.
  • Be listened to.
  • Be respected and treated fairly.
  • Privacy.
  • Enjoy your sport in a protective environment.
  • Be referred to professional help if needed.
  • Be protected from abuse by other member or outside sources.
  • Participate on an equal basis, appropriate to their ability.
  • Experience competition and the desire to win.
  • Be believed.
  • Ask for help.
  • Any misdemeanours and general misbehaviour will be addressed by the immediate coach and reported verbally to the designated person. Persistent misbehaviour will result in dismissal from the club/sport. Parents will be informed at all stages.
  • Dismissals can be appealed by the coach/volunteer with final decisions taken by the club committee or referred to the governing body depending on the disciplinary procedures within the sport.

Code of conduct for coaches

  • Coaches must familiarise themselves with Basketball Ireland’s most up to date code of conduct for coaches which is available on BI website.

Code of Conduct for Parents

  • Parents/guardians have the primary responsibility for the care and welfare of their children within our club.
  • Parents/guardians should encourage their children to participate in sport for fun and enjoyment and should ensure that their child’s experience of sport is a positive one.
  • Lessons learned in children’s sport will shape values and attitudes in adult life.
  • They should always remember that children play sport for their own enjoyment, not that of parents/ guardians.
  • Parents/guardians have a duty to ensure that the context in which their child is participating is appropriate.
  • Parents/guardians and Sports leaders will ideally work in partnership to promote good practice in children’s sport and to support all efforts to protect against neglect, emotional, physical or sexual abuse in sporting activities.
  • To do so, parents/guardians should ensure that sports clubs treat their children with fairness, respect and understanding, and that the club is fulfilling its responsibility for safeguarding children.
  • They should encourage their children to tell them about anyone causing them harm.
  • They should become aware of club procedure and policies, in particular where changes are made that affect them or their children, and be informed of all matters relating to ethics and good practice.
  • They should check that the Code of Ethics and Good Practice for Children’s Sport has been adopted and implemented in the club.
  • Parents/guardians should remember that children learn best by example.

TO ASSIST IN THE PROMOTION OF GOOD PRACTICE WITHIN THE CLUB PARENTS/ GUARDIANS SHOULD:

  • Be aware of the relevant coaches, team managers, children's officers, DLP, etc.
  • Show appreciation of and respect for the volunteers and their decisions, encourage their child to play by the rules
  • Behave responsibly on the sideline
  • Focus on their child’s efforts rather than performance
  • Focus on the fun and participation of the child in sport
  • Liaise with the coaches and team managers as to the time/locations of games and training sessions
  • Be a role model for children and maintain the highest standards of conduct when interacting with children, other parents, officials and organisers
  • Encourage your child to play by the rules
  • Always behave responsibly on the sidelines and do not seek to unfairly affect the game on court or the player on court
  • Parents/spectators should not coach from the sidelines
  • Take care not to expose any young player, intentionally or unintentionally, to embarrassment or disparagement by the use of flippant or sarcastic remarks
  • Always recognise the value and importance of the volunteers who provide sporting/recreational opportunities for your child
  • Respect referees, coaches, organisers and other players
  • Teach your child that honest endeavour is as important as winning and do all you can to encourage good sportsmanship
  • Set a good example by applauding good play on both sides
  • Encourage mutual respect for teammates and opponents
  • Ensure that their children are collected at the appointed times
  • Support all efforts to remove abusive and bullying behaviour in all its forms

RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARENTS/GUARDIANS:

  • Youghal Basketball has a duty of care for volunteers working with young players on behalf of the organisation.
  • Youghal Basketball is committed to safeguarding children and adhering to best practice policies, we can only do this with the support and commitment of parents.
  • Parents are responsible for the transport of players to training sessions and games.
  • Parents must ensure their children arrive and leave from training sessions in a timely fashion, dropped to and collected from within 5 minutes.
  • Parents must adhere to the sign in/out policy where implemented e.g. academy.
  • POD - In order to fulfil Safeguarding requirements, all underage teams will have a Parent On Duty rota. A parent for each child will be required to sit in on their child's team training session and Home matches in rotation. Once your child is registered with the Club a parent's rota will be created for the new season. It is the responsibility of the parent (not the Team Manager) to ask another parent if they cannot make their scheduled session.
  • If a member does not attend training for 3 weeks (without communicating with coach/team manager) their membership will be suspended. We are a community club and may have waiting lists for teams and will open places that are not being used.
  • Parents are reminded that our coaches are volunteers and their time should be respected, arrange to meet with a coach if there is a need to communicate - don’t just show up to a training session.
  • During games tensions can run high. Parents are asked not to approach a coach on game day but if they have to speak to the coach they should arrange to meet at least a day later.
  • If a parent has met with a coach/assistant coach, team manager and have not resolved an issue, they are encouraged to contact one of our Children’s Officers.
  • Parents are reminded to respect the parking regulations of the Facilities.
  • Parents are responsible for communicating with the coaches and team manager, for training and game times/locations. No U16 player is to be on a WhatsApp group with adult volunteers.

SIGN IN/OUT POLICY:

  • Where implemented (Academy), parents/guardians are required to sign children in/and out of the facilities.
  • Parents/guardian of children up to and including under 12s, are required to drop/collect children from within the Gym.

Complaints

Anyone wishing to make a complaint about any person acting in any capacity for Youghal Basketball Club within the context of this code must follow the set procedure.

  • Submit a report in writing to the management committee of Youghal Basketball Club who may convene a Disciplinary Committee, who will be responsible for dealing with the complaint.
  • If the complaint involves a minor (a person under the age of 18) the complainer must include the confirmed age of the person involved and the CWO must be notified.
  • On receipt of a complaint, the Club Committee of Youghal Basketball Club will follow guidelines set of in Suspension or Severance of Membership, of the Constitution.

 

The Committee

The Club Committee shall consist of the following Club Officers:

  • Chairperson
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Registrar
  • Children’s Officer
  • P.R.O.

Plus, up to 5 other members, elected at an Annual General Meeting.

  • The Officers of the Club who shall be honorary (non-paid) shall be the Chairperson, Registrar, Treasurer, Children’s Officer, P.R.O. and Secretary.
  • All Committee members must be members of the Club.
  • Committee Members shall hold office from the date of appointment until the next Annual General Meeting unless otherwise resolved at a Special General Meeting. One person may hold no more than two positions of Club Officer at any time.
  • The Club Committee shall be responsible for the management of all the affairs of the Club. Decisions of the Club Committee shall be made by a simple majority of those attending the Club Committee meeting.
  • The Chairperson of the Club Committee meeting shall have a casting vote in the event of a tie. Meetings of the Club Committee shall be chaired by the Chairperson or in their absence the Secretary.
  • The quorum for the transaction of business of the Club Committee shall be Four.
  • Decisions of the Club Committee of meetings shall be entered into the Minute Book of the Club to be maintained by the Club Secretary.
  • Any member of the Club Committee may call a meeting of the Club Committee by giving not less than 7 days’ notice to all members of the Club Committee.
  • The Club Committee shall hold not less than Five meetings a year.
  • An outgoing member of the Club Committee may be re-elected. Any vacancy on the Club Committee which arises between Annual General Meetings shall be filled by a member proposed by one and seconded by another of the remaining Club Committee members and approved by a simple majority of the remaining Club Committee members.
  • The Club Committee shall have the power to decide all questions and disputes arising in respect of any issue concerning the Club Rules.

 

General Meetings

  • The Annual General Meeting usually fulfils the basic purposes of electing officers and other members of the Executive Committee, of reviewing the Accounts and of considering other matters of importance to the Club membership. It also considers changes to the Constitution.
  • The Club shall hold an Annual General Meeting in the month of MAY/JUNE to:
  • Approve the minutes of the previous year’s AGM.
  • Receive reports from the Chairperson and Secretary.
  • Receive a report from the Treasurer and approve the Annual Accounts.
  • Elect the Executive Committee.
  • Appoint someone responsible for certifying the Club’s accounts.
  • Fix the Membership Fee for the ensuing year.
  • Consider changes to the Constitution.
  • Review and consider any Byelaws.
  • Deal with other relevant business.
  • Nominations for election of members as Club Officers shall be made in writing by the proposer and seconder, both of whom must be existing members of the Club, to the Club Secretary not less than 21 days before the AGM.
  • Notice of any resolution to be proposed at the AGM shall be given in writing to the Club Secretary not less than 21 days before the Meeting.
  • A Special General Meeting (SGM) may be called at any time by the majority of the Committee. 10% of the Club Members may also call such a meeting. The meeting must take place within 21 days of the Secretary receiving notice of the request. Business at an SGM may be any business that may be transacted at an AGM.
  • The Secretary shall send to each member at their last known email address notice of the date of a General Meeting together with the resolutions to be proposed at least 14 days before the Meeting.
  • The quorum for a General Meeting shall be 6 outside any Committee members.
  • The Chairperson, or in their absence a member selected by the Club Committee, shall take the chair. Each member present shall have one vote and resolutions shall be passed by a simple majority.
  • In the event of an equality of votes the Chairperson of the Meeting shall have a casting vote.
  • The Club Secretary, or in their absence a member of the Club Committee, shall enter Minutes of General Meetings into the Minute Book of the Club.

 

Document Retention

All financial documents should be retained by the Treasurer for 7 years.

 

Changes & Edits

  • The policy will be reviewed and adjusted and updated where necessary.
  • Minor adjustments may be made at Committee meetings and will be operational and effective until the next AGM or EGM.
  • Major adjustments will be made at an AGM or EGM.

 

Dissolution

  • No resolution for the dissolution of Youghal Basketball Club shall be passed except at an Annual or Extraordinary General Meeting and supported by not less than 75% of those present, entitled to vote and voting.
  • After dissolution, any remaining funds, after liabilities have been settled, are to be transferred to a body designated by the dissolution meeting.
